The reinforcement will involve rapid antigen and saliva tests, and in some cases, students will be able to self-administer the diagnostic test.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Self-testing through a saliva sample will be reserved for University of Luxembourg students and upper-level high school students. \"Rapid tests conducted based on saliva collection do not require the intervention of healthcare professionals,\" clarified Education Minister Claude Meisch recently to RTL.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for PCR tests from rapid antigen tests, using a nasal and\/or oral swab, they will continue to be conducted in schools by the mobile teams of the Directorate of Health. Rapid tests are expected to become a reality in the school community \"by mid-March,\" but Claude Meisch clarified that these will not be carried out on underage students without parental consent.
