COVID-19 rapid tests performed using saliva samples
Starting next week, for the first time in Portugal, COVID-19 rapid tests performed using a saliva sample will be available.
In 15 minutes, antigen tests will provide a result with a minimum guaranteed reliability of 94 percent, according to the distributing company.
This new method of disease screening will only be available in clinics and laboratories registered with the Health Regulatory Authority.
